We run our online training programs in 12week blocks and we are dedicated to providing you with…

  •  Ongoing Diet plans/changes
  •  Personal call from either of us discussing training/ diet once a fortnight
  •  Accountability to your food and training diary – email through at the end of every week

All we ask of our online training clients is…

  • To arrange a time that suits you for your mentor phone call each fortnight
